Our project is the Humane Renaissance Movement and we are about "Compassion in Action" also. We want to sponsor 100 youth to do S.F. Carnival with our Samba School. Music is healing. I have committment from Harrison of Groundation, Tychia Amet and other to do a benefit for us in Aug/Sept in the Bay Area. Please commit to be apart of our benefit so we can build support. Also, I am going up to Santa Rosa and Petuluma your old hanging grounds to hang posters. Wanted to know if you had any particular places in town I should put up a poster. Take care Bro. Those daze with you playing and hanging with my old mentor the late great Douglas B.Greene was the best of times. I came to the Harmony Festival to see you and I like the Crazy Engine movement. Although to be honest, being African/American I liked your groove when you had the African Drummer- you guys got off! I will also rave about you because I have seen some of the best-Jimi and Carlos but you cover the full range, the full spectrum of great music. I am down with the kwave team and look forward to the Santa Cruz and Fillmore gigs. I have mentioned you on my blog-www.thehrm.wordpress.com , how you opened me up to a bigger world of music and friendship. Zero turned me inside out and back again. Me loving John Coltrane and Miles Davis, I will also cherish Zero and the great sounds and jokes of Martin. See you when I see you.Much Love and Respect- Peace.
