New ‘Jazz Is Dead’ Dates Announced

‘Jazz Is Dead’, the legacy instrumental ensemble famous for interpretations of classic Grateful Dead songs with jazz influences, will be on the road again! Don’t miss SK, original bassist Alphonso Johnson joined by Steve Kimock, Pete Lavezzoli & Bobby Lee Rodgers, performing Grateful Dead’s ‘Wake of the Flood’s’ 50th Anniversary, in addition to other beloved selections.

In August, the band will perform 10 shows commemorating ‘The Days Between’ (Jerry’s Aug. 1 birthday and his passing), then will unleash these 13 additional shows for the ‘Darkness Falls & Seasons Change’ tour.
